Orders
1. Can I edit or change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited or changed once they have been successfully placed. This includes the application of promotional codes.
2. What should I do to ensure my order is correct before completing checkout?
Please verify that your cart is correct before proceeding to checkout to avoid any issues with your order.
Returns
1. When can I return a purchase?
Purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. What items are eligible for refunds?
Refunds are accepted on full-priced items only. Clearance & Sale items are final and NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
3. Can I return gift cards?
Gift cards are NOT eligible for a refund.
4. Are there any fees associated with returns?
Yes, please note that a $9.95 processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
5. How long do I have to ship my items for return?
You have 28 days to ship your items once your return has been initiated.
6. How long does it take for returns to be processed?
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received at our distribution center.
7. Are shipping charges eligible for refund?
No, shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.
How to Return
1. How do I initiate a return?
Please use the returns portal provided HERE to request your return.
2. What should I include when returning items?
Ensure that the items are securely packed with the original tags attached and send using the pre-paid shipping label provided.
Shipping
1. Can you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We require physical addresses for delivery.
2. What is the shipping timeline for John Mark products?
We strive to ship your John Mark product on the same day as your order or the next business day. However, we do not ship on Standard U.S. Holidays.
3. How long does it take to process expedited shipping orders?
Expedited shipping orders require one business day for processing from Monday to Friday.
Shipping Costs
1. Do you offer free domestic shipping?
Yes, we offer free domestic ground shipping within the US on orders of $75 or more.
2. How do you handle shipments outside of the US?
For shipments outside of the US, please contact our Customer Service department. We will communicate all potential charges before shipping your order.
Shipping Methods
1. What shipping methods do you use for United States shipments?
We use UPS (United Parcel Service) for United States shipments. UPS Ground delivery is guaranteed within 7 – 10 days.

3. How do you handle shipments to Canada?
For Canadian shipments, we use Canada Post. The order travels by USPS to the Canadian border and then enters Canadian Customs. Once released, it goes to the local Canada Post office closest to the point of delivery.
Sales Tax
Is sales tax charged on all shipments?
Sales tax will be charged on all shipments to the state of Texas, at a rate of 8.25%.
International Shipping
1. What are the requirements for international shipping?
The billing and shipping address must be the same for international orders. We provide shipping via UPS or Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service.
