RETURNS & EXCHANGES

John Mark return policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have provided a UPS return label in your shipment, free of charge. Please attach the label to your return package and drop it at any UPS store.  All returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order. 

All SALE item sales are final – no returns.

We do not provide return labels for International shipments, or Alaska.
